Happy Valentine’s Day from these two little cherubs. Yesterday we had one of those moments. A rare gem. That one perfect second where the house is clean, the children are happy and healthy, the work is done and you just breathe it in, hearts glowing. My husband walked in the door and our one-year-old toddled up to him, full gummy grin, arms wide, chubby little hands doing the “gimme” sign. He swooped her up and I turned on Josh Turner “Time is Love”. The three of us danced around the kitchen. Every time we circled back in from a spin, this perfect little girl of mine put her hand back on Daddy’s shoulder like a pro. After a minute, our three-year-old cut in and we had a dance-off. Daddy-daughter, Mother-son. It was perfect. I never want to forget it. Our hears are full this Valentine’s Day. I hope yours are too.
